Oral history interview with Ginny Callan

Ginny Callan recounts growing up in Queens, New York in the context of the late 60s, and discusses her life at Goddard College from 1970 to 1974, including classes, dorms, campus life, and the Bread and Puppet Theater. She also describes her work with the anti-nuclear movement in Montpelier, Vermont, and protests against Seabrook and Vermont Yankee nuclear power plants. She then speaks of opening The Horn of the Moon Café in 1977 in Montpelier, of the early days of the food movement when there was little competition in the area for vegetarian food, and recalls Montpelier at that time.
