Color postcard advertising Motel Pierre, 362 North Main Street, Barre, Vermont. The postcard is designed in portrait orientation, with an exterior view of the Motel and parking lot in the upper half of the card, and a photograph of the swimming pool in the lower half of the card. There is also a small map of the motel's location on off exit 7 from Interstate 89. The postmark is dated July 7, 1986. The text on the back of the postcard reads: "Motel Pierre Barre, Vermont on 'Exit 7' Centrally located downtown, next to shopping center, churches, auditorium, ice arena and [Barre's] finest restaurants. All rooms with air conditioning, electric heat, telephone, color T.V. and pool, with discount gas sold on premises. Tel: 802-476-3188."
